PAS stopped working on Homie

I got my Homie in September 2020 and already the Pedal Assist stopped working in the middle of my ride and now I hear a popping noise coming from the motor. Anybody else had this issue? I have a 1000w motor with a 48v battery. Thank you.

Chain coming off on Homie

I've watched a couple of video's of the Homie's chain continually coming off. Is this an issue that is still out there or has it been corrected. Also, is it a matter of tightening the derailleur correctly?
