Power on Issue

I just received and assembled the bike. The display indicates the battery is nearly fully charged. However, when I unplug the charger the power goes off and will not come on. Even though the indicator shows the battery at near 100% both lights on the charger are still red. It

Purchased this bike in dec. 2023 I live in the northeast and on 49 2024 was my first ride, but the rear light did not come on. Is there a switch you turn it on through the controller? Is it automatic mine does not come on ???

difficult steering

Hello - My bikes handlebars pull to the side. If I steer a little to the left it wants to forcefully pull to the left and same if I go right. When I am trying to ride in a straight line it takes some effort to keep it in line
